Providing legal representation & service in these practice areas
Probate is the process of proving the validity of a will. Estate Administration is the process of managing and settling a decedent’s estate. Probating and administering an estate can be handled several different ways in Texas.
A Will is a document that states how you want your property to be distributed at your death. Having a will and planning for the management of your property and health care can save your loved ones time, money and frustration.
Guardianship is the legal process of asking a court to find that a person is incapacitated, that is in the person’s best interests to have a guardian and that the person’s rights or property will be protected by the appointment of a guardian.
Providing My Clients with Caring Representation.
We understand that it isn’t easy to talk about death or planning for death. We also understand that it is difficult to think about what needs to happen after the death of a loved one. We believe in our mission of providing our clients with caring representation that makes them feel comfortable having these conversations with us and that at the end of our representation, they feel like we helped them.
To accomplish our mission, we will actively listen to our clients to not only hear what is spoken but what is unspoken; we will treat our clients with respect, kindness, compassion and empathy; and we will learn about them and their lives; we will speak in plain English and do our best to minimize the use “legalese;” and we will provide legal services in a timely and efficient manner.
Promoting Knowledge & Embracing Technology
To accomplish my mission of meeting or exceeding client expectations and providing legal services in a timely and efficient manner, we will promote knowledge by attending more than the minimum required hours for continuing legal education, and we will embrace the use of technological tools to help us provide quality legal services in a timely and efficient manner.
Providing Service and Leadership to My Community
“Without community service, we would not have a strong quality of life. It’s important to the person who services as well as the recipient. It’s the way in which we ourselves grow and develop.”
